1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and unassembled (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging with all parts and accessories included
    Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing components, or outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return:

We’ll provide you with return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or was sent in error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take time)
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
