1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after full payment is received.
You will receive:
An order confirmation email upon placing your order, and
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We work with reputable shipping partners including UPS, FedEx, and local freight companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
The shipping method and carrier may vary depending on your order size and delivery location.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on your location and order size.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Large Furniture Items: 7–15 business days (may require scheduled freight delivery)
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss special shipping arrangements.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate the issue and resolve it promptly with either a replacement or a refund.

Lall Shop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
